CANVASES ARE NOT RETURNABLE
THREADS MAY BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 2 YEARS OF PURCHASE.ANY THREAD RETURNED WITHOUT A RECEIPT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
Threads to be returned must be in pristine, unused condition. We will not accept threads for return that:
- Were not purchased at The French Knot
- Have been opened or unwound
- Are dirty
- Have odors
- Have writing on the card or tag
- Have unreadable numbers or barcodes
- Have been discontinued by the manufacturer or The French Knot
- We reserve the right to determine what is returnable.
We recommend that you keep all new, unopened threads in a zippered plastic bag and remove them as they are used.
