Canvases are not returnable

Threads may be returned for exchange or store credit only.

Any thread returned without a receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Threads to be returned must be in pristine, unused condition. We will not accept threads for return that:

Were not purchased at The French Knot
Have been opened or unwound
Are dirty
Have odors
Have writing on the card or tag
Have unreadable numbers or barcodes
Have been discontinued by the manufacturer or The French Knot

We recommend that you keep all new, unopened threads in a zippered plastic bag and remove them as they are used.

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, checks, and cash.
