Beards That I Have Known
By Diana Bosworth: This pamphlet type book is a wonderful resource
for anyone that stitches a lot of Santas and is searching for that perfect
beard. Our own Diana Bosworth has stitched a fun collection of Santas and
taken the beards of each and with the photo given instructions on how to
get that beard. |

Stitches
for Effect,
More Stitches for Effect, Even
More Stitches for Effect and Stitches to Go by Suzanne Howren
and Beth Robertson: These three books are wonderful resources because
in addition to the diagrams for stitches they all have an Index of Effects
so if you are looking for a stitch for "Wings" the Effects Index will tell
you which stitches to look at. They also include descriptions of
many different threads and charts that show what ply to use for what mesh. |

Stitches to Go
by Suzanne Howren is a new addition that is just stitch charts without
the commentary making a great compact reference for travel. |

SuZy's Portable
Stitches, SuZy's Small Stitches,
SuZy's Surprise Stitches,
SuZy's Darn Stitches and SuZy's Lite Stitches
by SuZy Murphy: The second of these is a favorite for finding a good
stitch for a very small area. Color photos are helpful in all her
books as well as suggestions for using the stitch and threads. All these
books are helpful for different types of stitching as noted in the titles! |
